Using the iPhone 4S camera in iPhone 4?

I wondered if it would be possible to upgrade my 5 MP iPhone 4 camera to the one built into the iPhone 4S. The size and connector look similar, so the main problem would likely be software, right?

no. this has been answered several times in the last few days...the pinouts are different. One has 28 pins, the other has 32!
