Micro USB keeps falling out

So I use to have a After Glow Prismatic Controller, and the USB on that controller is tight and you need a hard pull to take the USB out of the controller. That controller broke so then I kept the USB and used it on a Xbox One S controller. It worked fine the first couple of days, but then its started to loosen, and eventually, the USB wouldn’t even work with the controller. I’ve used 3 different USB cords and I get the same result. Any help would be appreciated.
