Recovering data from a broken logic board

So a couple weeks ago I took apart my no longer working iPhone 5c. Later in the day, a friend innocently snapped the logic board in half right in front of me. Is there a way to recover the information from it, or am I stuck with what I have and should just hope that a recovery from an iCloud backup to a new iPhone do the trick?

@tokyospades sorry but there is nothing you are going to get off this board. With data recovery, you need to get the board to power up for at least long enough to get to the data. A broken board like that will not be doing this, ever. You do rely on your iCloud backup and consider the rest a loss.
