Sorry, I didn't realize that other's may be having the same issue.

To sum it up, I downloaded Windows Media Creation Tool at a 64-bit operating system, I also downloaded the software and driver packages from the manu. website, I would recommend only download the driver package because the OS is useless.

I used two flashcards formatted to NTSF with 32GB of storage. It is imperative to have two flash cards in this file format, I downloaded Windows Media Creation Tool on one card and the manufacturer drives on the other.

Now, you have to have your tablet powered off and with at least 80% charge, with the tablet off, connect media tool then power on, it should automatically take you to the install page, follow the prompts then it will ask you if you want to upgrade your device or do a custom install.

Choose custom install, you'll then see a list of partitions that on your hard drive, your main hard drive being one of them. Delete them all including the hard drive, if they're still one or two left then delete every partition including the hard drive, if one or two of the partitions do not wanna delete delete the hard drive again and they should disappear and they will only be one which will be the hard drive.

From there highlights the main hard drive partition and select new, optional. Disconnect the media tool flash card and insert the Flash card with the manufacturer drives. I forgot to mention that once you download the manufacturers drives you need to extract them into the separate flash card.

From their answer the flash card with the drives, then highlight The main partition which is a hard drive select upload drive from there you will Given an option to browse through your folders to select the drive. Select your flash card, scroll down and look for a folder labeled “sileadtouch.inf_amd64_1f7770de80aabc37” . Click OK, highlight the drive and then click next. Now this is an important drive because without it you will not have a touchscreen.

From there you can upload different drives into different partitions, since it won’t let you download more than one drive into a partition. The reason why I mention other drives is because once you’re finished with set up you’ll notice that your camera won’t, as well as the SD card slot. I’m not sure which Drive is for the SD card slot you can try and test out each one but that would take a vast amount of time.

The SD card slot will work after a Windows update if you don’t upload the driver first. Continuing... once you’ve uploaded the drives disconnect the flash card with the manufacturers drives and re-insert the media tool flash card. Select next then your Tablet should automatically start re-imaging process.

Once it’s finished it’ll be like a brand new tablet . I would recommend inserting the SD card before you download anything and said it has a local disk Drive . I’m still having issues

As far as internal  memory goes but I’m still looking for a solution I found one short solution the only problem is that most applications still won’t download onto the SD card but I’m looking for a solution to that.

Sorry I just now noticed there is a lot of typos in that cancer due to speech to text not recognizing my wording and also being in a hurry LOL. If you have any questions about the steps just let me know

you need a usb 3.1 hub with a micro sd,

2 micro sd cards..

download both files on the nuvision website,

format both sd cards (NTFS)

mount windows on 1 card

drag the firmware on the other

reset windows with both cards inserted
