does automatic gearbox prevent car from starting ( fuel pump not start

REnault Clio IV 1.6 RS , Automatic gearbox DC4004, does not start . Fuel pump and relay are working , but is not engaging when key card is in for starting up. I have 2 faults on the dash Board CHECK AUTOMATIC GEARBOX and CHECK AIRBAG. Is it possible autogearbox preventing ECU  to engaging FUEL PUMP at start up and expecially clutch motor 2 from gearbox - on diagnostic is giving not implausible signal . Thank you
