My television button keeps pressing the up button.
I tried to remove the battery in remote control. But has the same problem. Button Up keeps going on.

Which "Up" button, Volume Up or Channel Up?
Did you check that the appropriate TV control button (not the remote control) is not stuck in the operated position?
Do you have any other remotes that can control the TV e.g. Firestick remote etc? If so either take them out of the room or remove the batteries from it and check.
What is the model number of the TV?
