Hi,
The short answer is No.
The GPU (graphics processor) is integrated with the CPU.
The CPU may be able to be upgraded, depending on what you have installed now, but it may not improve the graphics all that much.

Here is the owner manual for the laptop that may help. It shows the necessary pre-requisite steps and the procedures to remove/replace all of the major components

Sadly, you can’t. The problem is that most business laptops don’t allow you to upgrade your Graphics card. Only mostly from 2010-2013 gaming laptops had also upgradable gpus.
