Limp mode and 02 sensors

My 2000 Honda. ex hasn't worked in over a year..I was gonna scrap it but I kept I losing my fear of working on it..anyway.today it runs but itz in limp mode and my o2 sensors are both throwing a. Code..I took a test light and checked for power on the sensors..nothing..so what could be keeping. Limp mode on…the same thing that's not powering up the 02 sensors ?I'm so close to getting it back on the road..
