Heating up when camera is using in portrait mode.

Hi,

Iphone 8 plus getting hot when camera is using and even more when using in portrait mode. even more heat at and near processor, what is the solution and what will be the issue.

hello Sharanabasappa,

it looks like your handset is water damaged - heating up when working, that’s damage symptom. You didn't write which camera it was. The camera must be replaced because it affects the operation of the entire system. Eventually it will lead to a short circuit and subsequent damage. If it’s rear cam, just replace it. If front cam, you will lose a TrueTone function.
