Fans spinning but stopping when gaming

So i’ve built my first Gaming PC with following Specs: BeQuiet Tower. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X. MoBo: Asus ROG Strix X570 E-Gaming. GPU: GeForce RTX 2070 Super. PSU: BeQuiet Straight Power 11 650W. The problem is that in some Games i have realllllyyyy high temperatures with the GPU, and i found out that in some Games (GTA V,Assetto Corsa, F1 2019) my GPU-Fans just stop when the Game starts, and i have reinstalled my Nvidia Drivers from scratch and tried to find something in the msi Afterburner App where you could control the Fans but cannot find anything, so i am really unsure what the Problem is: If it is maybe a Software-Problem or because of the MoBo (someone said it might have a problem steering the fans)? I have Warranty on all parts and already sent in my GPu but they found nothing. Thx in Advance

Chosen Solution

The RTX 2070 Super GPU requires both an eight-pin and a six-pin cable connected from the power supply.

Did you run the BeQuiet power supply calculator?

Is the BIOS updated to Version 2802 (2020/10/23)? This is very important. And of course all the other drivers, especially the Chipset driver.

Have you tried the GeForce RTX 2070 Super in another one of the three PCIe x16 slots?

by

Tried the other Slots already and updated the Bios, had no effect at all, also updated all mobo and gpu drivers, but the fans still stop when starting certain games. De- and Reinstalled the Nvidia Drivers aswell.

@Mutz

How did you uninstall the Nvidia drivers? Did you use something like Display Driver Uninstaller v18.0.3.4?

Sometimes a very deep setting can become corrupted and DDU is the only way to correct it. It is VERY important to follow the directions "to the letter".

by

Well, tried it with DDU, and sadly nothing changed.
