Nichelle, the clicking noise is probably the relay or overload protectant cutting I. Then off. This is located on the side of your compressor. If the compressor is too hot the OLP won’t let the compressor turn on. If the condenser fan by the compressor is running and the compressor is hot to touch, than your problem is in the sealed system. The sealed system usually has a 10 yr parts warranty. Only a qualified, certified refrigeration technician can perform the repairs.
