Po code panel turn off

I have a whirl pool mode wrx735sdbmo2 it has a po code when I got it as it flash po i could not clear it cause the panel would loose power I had to go to the main control board un unhook plug on it and started working but I dont know where or what the two wires lead to one red and blue and the other purple and black
