My laptop went on the floor and after that nothing is on the display. The laptop works fine with external display attached to HDMI. The laptop display backlight works and can be regulated up and down, but nothing else. Is it the display or the display cable? How do I find spare parts?

The display cable may have come loose after you dropped the laptop on the floor.
