Why is my water filter so low?

We have a Profile Reverse Osmosis Water filter in our sink as a water softener. We recently saw a problem with the water speed as the flow rate decreases after a couple seconds to a drip. I was thinking we might have to reset the filter but Im still not sure. Do you guys have any tips to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi , check to see if the tank is full , if it is and the water flow cuts off chances are that there is a problem with you tank blatter and will need to replace the tank. there is a valve located on the side of the tank and pressure should be around 6-7 pounds. Granted the r o will produce soft product water but if your wanting the whole house water softened a water conditioner softener is the solution, ro is usually used at point of use ex. kitchen sink whereas the softener is a point of entry system servicing the whole home.
