please help, I have a wf2750 printing problems

please help, my printer will print fine when on standard setting but as soon as I try putting it in high setting it gets jammed?? this is driving me crazy I have tried deleting and reinstalling the drivers, I have turned everything off and on again I just don’t know what else to try please help
