How to replace the USB charging port?

I have a Bose SoundLink Color, the USB charging port and the 3.5 mm jack are encased in this black piece of plastic, which does not seem extractable although it has two plastic pins visible from the other side.

How do you suggest to proceed?

@hyklamin that is correct. The replacement comes like that. Here is the bad part, those are really hard to find and you may need to find a broken Soundlink to harvest that connector from there. Or, if you know somebody who can do 3D printing, make your own plastic casing with some options to slide a replacement USB port etc., into it. Then get some connectors from places like Mouser or Digikey and rig it up. PITA but doable. this is going to be more a re-engineering than a straight replacement.

I am actually asking how to reach the base of the component I want to desolder. I can only think of melting the plastic.
