Beoplay A1 Buttons not working

The buttons for the Bang and Olufsen speaker don’t work. I tried resetting the device as they say on their website but you can’t because the buttons don’t work, apparently it’s a common fault with this speaker. does anyone know how to fix the issue??

Hi, have you tried plugging it to your computer and then use the mobile app to reset it?
