No sound

I think I damaged the attaching part to #3 on the board.

Originally there was a very small white something on the top of the part. But I touched it with a screwdriver and broke it and removed it.

I can receive the calls but I can't hear their voice.

And they can hear my voice.

How do I repair it?

I put my wire into the connector, then put a small piece of Scotch Magic tape on after the white tab broke. It seems to hold it in ok for the connection. If you look closely, you can see where the wires are bare on the end of the ribbon. I was careful to be sure that part was fully inserted into the connector.
