Bent pins in my motherboard

I have several bent pins on my motherboard. I believe it is the reason why slots 3 and 4 of my memory slots don’t work. I recently upgraded my i5 CPU to an i7 CPU. Everything works fine except that slots 3 and 4 of my memory card don’t work. Do I need a new motherboard?

Yes, you are right, the bent pins means damage to the system, that why your slot 3 and 4 doesn’t work
