LCD screen connector broken

Hi! I was clumsy when installing a capture card and snapped the locking mechanism for the top screen on the main motherboard itself. I am keen to learn new skills so was wondering if it's worth replacing this? If so does anyone know what connector is needed? I'm counting 26 pins but am struggling to find the correct part. Thank you in advance!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Edward Bray post some pictures of the connector and location on the motherboard with your QUESTION. Adding images to an existing question That way we can see what you see. It may be difficult to identify the exact connector so you may have to consider purchasing a failed board or broken DS and harvest the connector from there.
