LG k4 far too sensitive

trying to help elderly family friend that can’t replace her phone.

Is there a way to bypass the dial code as that does not work (*#2663#) to change the sensitivity ?

issues:

  • infinite tap on single press
  • can’t swipe/pan as infinite tap overrides
  • has no water damage
  • no cracks
  • no bends
