What it could be or how to fix it?

My PS4 controller seems to act on its own whenever I try to navigate anywhere and it goes in all different directions instead of going where I want it to go. Im on an android phone using bluetooth bc i dont have an adapter. Im Trying to play codm idk if its the phone or the controller
