Power button and volume button do not work

After removing motherboard and reinstalling the power buttons and volume buttons no longer worked. I disassembled everything carefully I don’t understand what could’ve gone wrong

Options

For the power and volume buttons not to function it would point to the connector as a damaged flex would usually affect only one or the other since they are on different sides of the phone. Check the connector and make sure it is seated properly.
