Help reattaching cable to display assembly

How do you attatch the cable/chip that is on the front panel.screen. I have taken my iphone apart and now have trouble putting it all back together. The screen lead that you get where does it go? At the top near the ear peice i expect?

Can anyone help as my phone is in bits.

iPhone 4 Display Assembly Replacement take a good look at step 30 to put your cable through midframe and step 17 for where your cable connects to the logicboard.
