No sound from speaker

My logitech Z333 speakers produces no sound at all. Found that the problem is within the volume knob which is probably due to a loose connection in the main connectors. I've tried cleaning and reconnecting the connectors which works temporarily. And rotating the volume knob does produce some scratchy sound. I've attached some pictures and video link for the problem. Please help!

Mine has died as well, but mine didn't have a problem with sound,it was with controling the on/off and when the switch was off,the amp started buzzing...i just shorted the L-out ,R-out and VOL-line or VC-power (red wire, not orange). it just work with 100% power all the time...you might want to isolate all the other wires-if shorted it will distrupt the signal and start buzing.

@ayan_4u it all seems to be pointing toward a bad potentiometer (volume control). Instead of the video, post some good pictures of the board (front and back) with your question. Replacing it will most likely fix this issue
