I accidently plugged in the charger into the broken usb port

My usb port plastic divider broke off few months ago.I accidently plugged the charger into the spikes of the usb port.The display went off and its not switching on.Is it repairable or is it done? (my laptop : acer nitro 5 AN515-54)
