Why does my golf cart drive for 1 minute then cuts down

I have G16E 36v golf cart with all new Parts includes throttle sensor, speed Controller, solenoid, Brushes, and 6 brand new batteries when I first got it it worked for a week then it works on full charge for 2 laps and slows down and eventually doesn't move at all
