MacBook barely charging, charging a 1.8 w

My MacBook Pro, after getting a brand new battery installed is barely charging, the technician told me I have to cycle the battery, but upon trying that, its chagring insanely slow, I put it an charge at 6pm Saturday night and its only just got to 80 percent

EDIT: I have a 60w magsafe charger that I bought a few weeks ago
