PlayStation 4 pro fan is always to its max.

I recently broke my ps4 power supply connector so I got it fixed from a nearby console repair shop. When I turned on the ps4 I saw that my fan started rotating to its max speed. I ignored the problem and started playing I realized even after 2-3 hours of gaming the fan never slows down and it makes a loud noice.I never faced this problem before I sent my ps4 to the repair shop. Is there any fix or my heat sensor is broken. Or the repair shop made a mistake? Plz I need to fix it before summer break.
