My screen is unresponsive.

I recently dropped my iPhone 6s Plus on a dry surface. There are no major cracks on the screen beside some wear and tear that happened prior.

But the screen completely turned black. And it does not respond to touch. The phone itself works. Calling works. I just have to use the headphone. The front camera and the audio works as well. The side buttons also work.

Do I need an iPhone 6s Plus Screen or iPhone 6s Plus LCD and Digitizer Replacement?

help!!

I really can't go out to store for COVID related reasons.

You need a new sscreen. The LCD and digitizer are one piece. Buy a quality one not one from Ebay

As Allan said by a quality one if it is for the 6s Plus and remember to disconnect the battery before you remove the screen as this model is unforgiving.
