Why is half of my screen freezing
More than half of the screen freezes for a second and then goes back to normal. This repeats every 5 seconds. What do I need to do to fix it?

Adam Cope ... i will concede to others analysis, but this looks like panel failure. specifically, it looks like a tab gate driver is failing. if you were to remove the bezel to gain access to the displays tabs/ cofs, that freeze spot will be directly in line with the tab on the left or right side of the display.
there are a couple of attempts to fix this by whats called the cut tape method. you can google/ youtube this for reference.
