Will not charge IPAD

I tried switching power cords but it still will not charge. I even turned it off and powered it on by plugging in a power source, so I know the power receptacle is working. My battery is my next option. So the question is, how do I get the battery to Hawaii?

What he said ^^ bring it to a shop with a tristar tester and they will be able to tell you which of the three it is.

If you have used non-Apple cables, you may have damaged the charging portion of your board.

Even if the battery is bad, the iPad should power on with the cable connected which leads me to think it’s either your cable (that’s gone bad), the port is damaged some how (you need to look at the pins), or the charging chip on the board is gone.
