But i don’t know what to write there to be able to go to recovery mode again. When i go to recovery i see the globe but after the indicated time is finished the screen turns to white. Can anybody please help me what to do? Thanks in advance.

Can you tell us which model you have Apple produced two versions:

Hello Dan, thank you. Can you please tell me where can I see that.? Because I cannot go to the computer. It can not boot correctly. I have the box. The model is A1347. Is it this one? Or can I see it from the safe mode? Please help me on this. I am not very familiar with apple.

Locate your systems S/N from the system and plug it in to here EveryMac - Lookup

If you can get into Safe Mode then look at the About This Mac and then click on the System Report button click on the Graphics/Display section you should see one or two Video Cards listed.

I have the box. On the box i see that the s/n begins with CO

Macmini is 2.5, BEL/IEA. Can these information be needed to see the graphic card model. I will also try to single user mode (control s) to give you more details. I also did a hardware test that said no hardware issues found. Is that a good sign or not. Idk. But still vertical lines appearing and no recovery mode able. I appreciate your help.

Because i have no access to recovery or whatever but this. Thanks in advance

Sadly your logic board has failed, you’ll need a new one Mac Mini Logic Board, 2.3 GHz i5 - Intel 3000 I would recommend getting this version of board as it will last a lot longer than the Mac Mini Logic Board, 2.5 GHz i5 - AMD Radeon 6630M version.

Here’s the guide you’ll need to follow Mac mini Mid 2011 Logic Board Replacement

Ok. That means no remedy but just buy another one or repair. As repairing or replacing costs a fortune i think that the other option would be smarter. Thank you so much for your support.
