I dropped my headphones many times on accident

I dropped my headphones like 4-7 times on accident, my headphones will turn on but when I move or twist the ear part on the headphones it will disconnect and turn off, and I don’t know how to fix.

take the headphones apart and replace anything broken inside

try avoid droppping them
