Distorted screen, is this fixable
My son tablet has gone like this, he has autism, not sure wether he has dropped it or what he has done. Just wondering if this is a fixable problem.

The screen is cracked and cannot be repaired. It has to be replaced.
Here’s a video that shows the teardown of a Kindle Fire HD10 which may help.
Here’s a link to just one supplier of a replacement LCD screen assembly. It is only shown to give an idea of the cost of the part. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for Kindle Fire 10 LCD screen, digitizer assembly.
Note: As there are so many different model Kindles to make sure that you’re getting the correct part, locate the actual model number of the tablet and then search online for the LCD screen using the model number and not the model name.
If you find doing the repair yourself is too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to replace the screen.
