My Epson ET 4700 says driver unavailable. I tried with disk and still doesn’t work

What do you mean, exactly?
Do you know the drivers in the disk were correct but it still showed the driver unavailable error, or some other error?
Did you download from the official site?

What version OS is installed in the computer that the printer is connected to i.e. Win 7, Win 8 Win10 MacOS etc?
