Snapped tiny component off logic board- reattach? Polarity?

Hi, while removing the battery connector I knocked a resistor/capacitor/inductor off the logic board. Please see picture. What type of specialist should I go to to reattach this? Does it have polarity? What is it?

It is a capacitor on the battery line. There is polarity on the board but not the capacitor so it doesn’t matter which way it is placed. I think your Mac should still work without it but I would have it resoldered as it is one of the only two capacitors on that line.

You would need to take or send it to someone who offers board repair so they can resolder it. You could even try a TV repair shop since you have the component.
