Hi,

Have you checked that the laptop charger is supplying 20V DC? If you have no way to test the charger, can you try another known working compatible charger and check if that works OK?

If the charger is OK, perhaps the DC-In jack has come loose from the systemboard or is faulty. The link is only shown to give an idea of what the part looks like and what it may cost. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15ABR DC-In jack to get results that suit you.

Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

Go to p.60 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the systemboard, so that the DC-In jack can be inspected to make sure that it is securely connected and if so tested for continuity to check that the jack’s centre pin’s internal connection is still OK and if not that the jack be replaced as it cannot be fixed.

You will need a DMM (digital multimeter), soldering skills and tools to do the testing, resoldering or replacement. If this seems too daunting a task, contact a reputable, professional laptop repair service and ask for a quote to repair the laptop
