My dino will not walk forward

all fresh battery on remote but cannot get him to move forward but all other commands seem fine his feet do look somewhat worn on botton??

i have this issue 2 and it seems not really fixble for me atleast i cant get ijside becouse of the screw behind the front legg but i found an youtube video of the exact same issue and for me since i dont have an donor its not fixble i recomand watching it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N071B6Ra...
