iTunes sees my iPad 4 but no display no life

Hello, when i plug in to a computer iTunes recognizes the iPad 4. I tried to check battery with multimeter, it’s ok. I tried to replace the lcd screen, it’s ok. I tried to recover and update, it’s ok. Is there any flowchart that i can follow to find what’s the fault? How can I go further and find the trouble? A technician told me that I was damaged the lcd screen. How to check if the screen is working or not?

Is this no backlight or no image? Shine a torch on the screen and see if you have an image.

Nothing, just deep black. But i can see on iTunes it's charging and fine, working. What to check on motherboard if I go advanced?

How do you know that the LCD is ok? It sounds like a bad LCD and digitizer. I would try those first.
