Dashboard Lights and Turn signal lights all went out?

I got in my truck tonight and found that not only did none of my dashboard lights come on, but the turn signal displays also wouldn’t illuminate on the dash and my actual turn signals weren’t working either. Only my headlights were working. When I pressed my turn signal lever to indicate left or right I could still hear the clicking as if they were blinking but there were no lights in or outside. Could this be a loose fuse issue? I don’t see how all of my lights could go out at once.

It sounds like a blown fuse. You have 2 fuse boxes, 1 inside and one under the hood.
