Can I replace mod 2015 with Mid 2014 screen?

I dropped my MacBook Pro 15 mid 2015 laptop and the screen broke.

So I’ve a MacBook 15 mid 2014 screen and wondering if I can use the screen on my mid 2015 laptop, are the two models are compatible to switch screens?

Sadly, Apple altered things once again! The 2015 display is different than the 2014!

You’ll need to fork over the cash for the correct display: 2015 15” MacBook Pro Retina Display Assembly Apple P/N 661-02532

Sorry ;-{

The bad news is these are getting hard to find as a full assembly!

You’ll need to get the raw LCD panel and very carefully replace the panel heres a view on what it will take here: MacBook Pro Retina Display Teardown

There, wasn't that better than me saying, "RTFM", or "per my last email"?
