black bar on the top of my screen

Whenever i turn my laptop on, after using for 15-20mins/ half an hour the horizontal line on the top of the display showed itself, and vibrate continuously. It get bigger in width slowly after long time of using until all the display lose his visibility

if i put it to sleep for 5mins and open again, everything look likes okey. but after around 15mins again that line blow up

help me if there is any solution. isn’t there any solution without replacing display?

salut , permettez moi de vous expliquer mon problème : lorsque j'éteint mon mac en nuit et je le rallume matin il n'y a pas de traits , mais après utilisation il y a presque 3 traits très fins (de l'ordre de 0,1 mm) mais après un certain temps ils deviennent plus intenses sous la forme d'une bande noire (de mordre de 1 cm ) et après des couleurs noires et roses puis après une utilisation de long terme (4 h) l'écran affiche de n'importe quoi
