My lg 32 web os tv get off while inserting usb pendrive, now its not detecting any pen drive in usb port, what could be the reason.

What is the model number of the TV?
Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to check if the TV USB port is OK, i.e. no bent or broken pins.
Try connecting a USB mouse to the TV and check if the mouse laser light turns on. The mouse will not work of course, but this is just to check if power is available to the USB port. A pendrive needs power to work and the power comes from the TV.
If there is no power, the TV’s USB power supply may have been damaged when you inserted the pendrive.
Does the pendrive still work OK when inserted into other devices e.g. a computer?

My tv model no 32LM560B.
And pendrive works on other device.
And there is no indication of glow led in pendrive.

How old is the TV as it seems to be a recent model?
If there is no apparent damage to the USB port and if the TV is under 12 months old, contact LG customer service in your location regarding the problem, about a manufacturer's warranty repair.
You should be able to insert a still working USB pendrive into the TV without causing any problems.
This happened in first use of the tv.
Purchased it in march 2020.
Usb is inserted properly in port.

Hy people i have exacly same problem with my LG 43UM7100PLB.
TV was about 2 years old but i lost my bill, so i cant fix it under warranty.
I try with factory reset but without result. I also try i few usb memory and try on other usp port but there is always this problem, when i plug in tv just turn off and turn on by himself, when i unplug usb tv turn on and it works fine. Also when I turn on tv starting too slow, sometimes it take up to 90 seconds tu turn on. What is strange, i try to turn it off manual on button on tv, when i turn it off like that and then turn on with remote control it turn on OK, but when i turn it off and on with remote control it turns it slow. I know it is strange but it is what it is and i am sure that your service have this kind of problem before, so if you could be nice and tell me what you think that is wrong with tv. P.S pins of usb port looks just fine. And please give some advice, i dont need 100% right information, i just try to get answer what it could be...
