iPhone 7 cellular not working after updating help!?

So a client of mine recently updated her iPhone 7 to IOS 13.4 and the “cellular portion” would not work any more. Do you guys have any solutions would changing out an antenna fix this problem? anything helps THANKS

Do you get any itunes error?

Did you ever get this figured out? I am having the same problem now. Apple told me it was a cellular antenna software failure.

Have you tried resetting all network settings?

Settings >General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > reset > Reset network settings
