Right side speaker blown

The speaker on the right side of my laptop is blown; makes awful vibration noises, especially at high volume, but even a bit at low volume. Problem goes away with headphones. Left side speaker is OK; I now listen with the balance set all the way to the left.

What do I need to repair this? A new speaker, obviously; anything else? Glue? Other parts?

You do not seem to have a guide for this particular repair; is there one that is close enough to use to guide me?
