Why is my screen flickering

Why is my screen flickering but when I use a HDMI cable and plugging in to my tv monitor it shows good on the tv monitor what could be my problem

The video signal pathway is quite complex! From what you are describing your logic board has a problem with one of the MUX units. So the load of the HDMI connection is enough to calm the noise.

I have no noise my problem is my screen flickering when I use HDMI cable and hook it up to my tv monitor it works perfectly on the tv monitor and everything else work perfectly it's just my screen

The word 'noise' is not what you hear its the interference on the electrical lines within your system.

Think of it this way you have a loose fan blade in your desk fan that is banging away.

If you touch the blade cover guard your hand is able to cushion the banging so now it's not making any noise.

So using that example your internal screen is like the loose fan blade banging on the cover guard. Now you plug in the HDMI cable which is like your hand silencing the noise of your desk fan.

Does that help explain whats happening?

You'll need to get your system to someone with the needed skills and access to the needed parts to fix your logic board.
