Once switched on red light turns green and clicks. But switches off straightaway and turns red, blinking every 3 seconds. Any ideas how to fix this?

When a fan is disconnected,place a jumper between pins 2 and 3 of connector that the fan was removed from.
Tighten all ground screws - ones with the tabs on.
