Touch screen not responding after battery replacement

I just replaced my battery on my iphone 6 plus but now it won’t respond at all. The touch screen isn’t working and i can’t even unlock my phone. I double checked the cables and everything is put on perfectly fine, nothing was torn or put wrong. I need help

If the touch was working before you replaced the battery it will be most likely be the touch FPC connector the second horizontal one from the top. Make sure it is seated correctly and not damaged from having it in the wrong position while pushing it down, you might have bent it.

The only other thing I could think of would be if the battery didn’t come out properly and you flexed the phone trying to get it out. This may have damaged the touch IC chip but it is very doubtful.
