My phone is overheating within a minute and repeatedly shows “temperature needs to be cool down before use” from last 2days. I checked battery health it's normal everything is fine.
Can you plz tell me how to tackle it

With the iPhone 6s this problem is usually caused by shorted capacitors in the Wi-Fi IC on the logic board. There is not much you can do besides have it repaired by a reputable repairer. It would be cheaper to purchase another phone unless you need data recovery.

But can you tell me my phone warranty still persists as I have not used more than 7 month so why this problem came so fast?
And as my phone warranty left so can I get replacement in any country or from only where I had bought?
If it is under 12 months old you should be able to get a replacement, but it will depend on who you brought it from, what country you live in and if it has any unauthorised repairs done to it.
